Please don’t miss a couple clips compiled from the archives of 1956, totaling about 17 minutes. Bro. Rufus Curry provides a personal introduction of our “psalmist”, Bro. Paul Merritt, who goes on to introduce and sing “The Lord in Heaven is the Master”. From the same tape, giving testimony that “He is the Master”, at the age of 80, Bro. John “Pop” Pointer helps with the altar call and prompts a spirit-filled testimony from his grandson, Bro. Harry Collins, Jr. (31 years old at the time). While the years may erode the memories of these fathers in our church organization, the Lord has no respect of persons; the same Spirit, faith, blessings, and power is available to each of us today!
