Security

Security

Security on the Campground is a year-round commitment. The buildings are equipped with alarm systems, and numerous security cameras are strategically placed across the campus. During Camp Meeting, local officers conduct patrols, providing an added layer of security for our Campground. To enhance safety further, an additional officer will now be stationed during the afternoon. Your continued support for these officers is greatly valued.

Please note that if you need to retrieve a child from the chapel during Bible School hours, an officer will assist you. The building is secured during this time, and officers have specific protocols to follow to ensure a secure and safe process for you to reunite with your child.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe environment for all.

MEDICAL SAFETY:

To assist in an emergency, the Campground has been blessed with many people that work in the medical field who volunteer during Camp Meeting and the Work Program. The Campground has medical equipment for use during an emergency, such as medical jump bags and two defibrillators. If there is an emergency, please FIRST call 911 before contacting our medical volunteers.  If the situation is not an emergency, we encourage you to go to the local urgent care.

 GOLF CART REMINDER:

The golf cart rules remain in effect YEAR-ROUND. Please familiarize yourself with these rules before using a cart on the Campground. Golf carts must be registered.  Golf Cart registration is available in the cafeteria foyer for the first Saturday and Sunday from 1-2:30 pm.  Please remember that it is in your best interest to have your golf cart insured. Golf cart damage and liability is rarely covered through your auto or homeowners insurance.

CURFEW REMINDER:

Everyone is encouraged to follow the Campground curfew. The curfew is set at 1 a.m., the time that the Youth Park closes. Please instruct your children to remain indoors after this time. Thank you.
